Alison James

Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer

Alison James originally qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) at Guys Hospital, London in 1996. She has gained a wealth of experience in surgical, medical, neurological and orthopaedic fields.

In 2006 she completed a Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, Personal Training (including special populations training) and Fitness Instruction and is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) at level 3.

Today, Alison works as a therapist & trainer taking people from injury to fitness. With a combination of sports massage and corrective exercise prescription she has helped clients across the board get back to feeling fit and achieving goals.
